The dial is adorned with 12 sparkling diamonds, the case is made of 18-karat gold with a cobra-like finish, and the movement is the Cal. 2121/1 provided by Jaeger-LeCoultre and used until recently.

It is said to be a watch designed by Gerald Genta before the Royal Oak.
